| A refundable breakage
and damages charge will be added to your bill and returned if there is
no damage. Our local representative will assess any damage or breakages
and inform us so that within 14 days your refund can be sent to you. |

| We
know we have achieved a high standard of comfort and quality throughout
the villa and we expect that you will respect the standard and treat
our home appropriately. We do want you to have fun and enjoy your holiday
and ask you not to exceed the boundary's of reasonable behavior. Excessive
cleaning requirements will be treated as damage. |
| We
strongly suggest that all clients take out suitable comprehensive travel
insurance to cover their holiday arrangements. |
| We
are unable to be held responsible for events that occur outside our
direct control. |
Families
with children are reminded that swimming pools can be dangerous.
Adults are responsible for keeping the children
safe around the pool. |
| No liability
can be accepted by Derek and Anne Spriggs for accidents that occur in
or around the villa |
