At the start of your week we can
provide the basic items needed to get you going such as water, tea, coffee,
bread, sugar, butter, jam. The charge for this is £10 per head.
A larger pack is available on request. |
| Swimming Pool Cover and Heater
(Essential through the winter). |
The pool is covered and electrically
heated during the cooler weather period. Max temp should not exceed
25 degrees Centigrade. The cover needs to be on (when the pool is not
in use) in the winter to preserve heat in the pool. Without the cover
the pool can drop 5 degrees C in a short time
Please take out pool towels to use around
the pool. |

General Cleaning |
You are responsible
for the sink and washing up, rubbish bags to go in council bins at the
roadside. |
| Washing and Laundry |
Linen and towels weekly.
A washing machine is available for your use. |
Please take out a towel
to use around the pool area. |
| Pool and outside patio area's |
This will
be maintained regularly. |
| Books |
We will build up a selection
of books and if you would like to leave books for others to read we
will be most grateful. |
SKY Television and DVD
CD Player and radio |
The English SKY television
package is installed at the villa. This has most UK channels except
BBC 1,2 , 3 and 4. Channels sometimes available are marked with an (?).
Sky favourites channels are set to Sky Movies
(?),Sky Sports 1 - 5. BBC News ? , Sky News, Sky 1, All Discovery and
Nat Geographic channels, Animal planet, Gold, Living, Bravo,E! Entertainment,
Bio, Disc Real time, Sky Arts 1, Good food, Travel and Living, Eden,
Yesterday, 2 Childrens cartoon programs. ITV1 (?), Channel 5 (?)
We have provided approximately 30 plus DVD's
for your entertainment. Please bring your favourite DVD's for any special
films you wish to view. |
| Hire facilities |
A range of
hire equipment is available on request. |
Please be sure to leave the villa by 10am
on the morning of your departure.
When guests leave and arrive on the same
day we ask the leaving guests to pack up and be out of the villa by
10 am.
Guests going home can leave their cases at the villa around 10 am
and go out for the day and return later to pick them up before going
to the airport.
Arriving guests can go up to the villa
and leave their cases and go out for shopping coffee or lunch. Then
return to take up residence at the villa later in the afternoon. John
and Pauline are flexible and they will give you a time to come back
probably around 4 pm

Help is always available throughout your stay by contacting our local
representative on the telephone number provided at the villa. |
| Medical help is available
in Caleta de Fuste and we have found the doctors helpful and thorough.
If unfortunately you require hospital assistance the main hospital is
in the capital 10 minutes drive away. |
