The final finishings to the house (left) are complete and is ready for letting. The swimming pool, patios and barbeque area are finished. When the planting matures there will be bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleander which make the area pleasant to the eye. Roof terrace overlooking the bay (right).

The soil will be either covered with patio or volcanic lava stone (dark colour) and ground cover planting.The pool is heated.
